I haven't received any news about my product and I am concerned that this may have all been a scam? Please could you give me an update on this delivery? It was orginally shipped the beginning of July.

usps.com shows Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) at 5:42 am on July 16, 2018.

From above result, it seems the parcel is lost. You need open dispute to aliexpress/paypal for refund.
