Post Please help me locate my parcel

Hello. Can you please tell me where my parcel is. I know it is in Guangzhou. But the last tracking update I have is that it is in Guangzhou customs. It normally doesn’t take this long to get through customs. Any help would be appreciated. The tracking number is CJ163597225US.

the parcel arrived Guangzhou on Jun 5. If you are in guangzhou, you should get it before Jun 13. If you can not get it after Jun 13, it means the parcel address is not in China Post delivery range. You need call china post hot line 11185 and arrange pickup.
