Hello there, Please i need your help as regards my packages that was stuck in Guangzhou processing Center for close to a month now, you advised that i should call the customer hotline or i should go pick it up, unfortunately i am sending the packages to a company in China and u will agree with me that they will not leave there work to go an pick up an item for just a customer when they have thousands of customers sending things in. Please i need your help on this, help me contact Guangzhou processing Center to please go to make the delivery immediately. Thank u.

you need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel from china customs warehouse.

I have explained to you that the receiver is a company, there are lots of customers that sends packages to them around the globe, they will not leave their office to go and pick the packages up, China post must go and deliver it to them that is our deal.
