Hi,

I have checked my status of the parcel which the latest show me this.

2016-03-15 10:35:28.0 投递红荔 attempt delivery

The person told me they did not received any parcel yet. Can you check where is the parcel?

the parcel is in 投递红荔 office. You should ask receiver contact that China Post office and try to pickup the parcel.

They told me they did go down to pickup the parcel, but they said the name not the same, cannot collect. I written on the parcel is TAN MIN but how come they said the parcel is for TAN LIN.

Are you able to check the parcel？
