I sent a package from Suzhou to Indonesia on January 17th, together with my friends, but untill now I havent receive my package, then I also lost the track number, I know it's very hard, but inside that package is very important for me, I dont know that this thing would happen to me, inside I have my school book, and the uniform, also the document, I fly back to my country now, hoping I can find my package here, but all of my friends have already received their package, we sent the package together, but i dont know why this thing only happen to me, please anyone help, it's been more than 90 days, i'm very frustrated with this, im afraid that i lost my package, inside is very important for me please anyone.

I'm really sorry for you but with no tracking number, there is really nothing anyone can do for you here. Without proof of shipping, you cant even launch an investigation with chinapost to find out what happened to your parcel or claim any compensation.

How heavy is your parcel? If it was more than 2kg and the tracking number starts with CP, there is a good chance it was shipped via surface mail which takes much longer, up to 6 months. So wait 3 more months and see what happens.

Maybe your parcel was much heavier than your friends', so it was shipped via surface mail instead. Do your friends still have their tracking numbers? Try to track them here and work backwards and see what you can find. Good luck.

no, my friends have 3 box for their package, and me only 1 box its around 8kg, because it contains books and clothes, please help, :"(. But i still remember the date when I sent a package from Suzhou together with the location of the china post. I saw my friends tracking number starts with LN, what does that mean, I really frustrated right now

Are your friends from Indonesia too? Normally tracking number starting with "L" is chinapost epacket service. This is a special service available only to selected countries and each parcel weight must be less than 2kg. So your friends were smart to split up their packages to qualify for this service and avoid having them shipped by surface mail.

If your item was 8kg most likely the shipping method is surface mail. It would also explain why it's taking so long. If these items were so important, why didnt you just stuff them into your luggage and bring the whole lot home? It wouldnt be too difficult to get away with 8kg of excess baggage especially if you travelling in a group.

At this point, there is nothing else you can do but wait.

What do you mean? My friends package have 3 box, one box contains at least 10kg, because they sent clothes and books, they split because they have a lot of things, we were students, and they all also choose surface mail, one of them already received the package by 1st of March

if your friend's tracking number starts with LN, it is 100% ePacket(very fast service), not surface.
