My tracking # is LY538706635CN. I received an email on 8/3/18 stating that package was shipped but when I track it, it says no shipping information. Please help!! Thank you!!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY538706635CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
