Item not delivered in 40 days, seller refunded my money.

Now item will return to the seller or it will deliver to me.

Please check the tracking Number -RS178990495CN From past 2 months it stucks at KOlkata sorting office. After that no update?? Please hellp!

1. Because your parcel was transported by Yanwen Express which is a private company. It brings the parcel to your country, then it's given to the India Post to process the parcel. Meaning give it to India Customs for clearance.

2. Last tracking of your parcel is this:
2016-10-12 21:45 India, Item Arrived at India

3. Your country India is not tracking this parcel because it's not a Register Parcel. So now the question is, is your parcel lost/misplace/or seize by Customs. Nobody can find out unless India Post send you a letter to tell you so.

4. I suspect if parcel is not claim, either the Customs might destroy the parcel or send it back to the seller.

1. Either your parcel is lost or misplace. You should contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and have some sort of arrangement with him.

2. Only parcel SYBAB09149002 has arrive in India. Now it up to India Post to take charge of the parcel and give it to India Customs fro clearance after that it will come back to India Post for delivery.
