Item not delivered in 40 days, so seller gives me full refund.

The item will returned to seller or it will deliver to me?

If it deliver to me by which service?

Because I have contacted to Foreign post office Mumbai, they told me it will not deliver by India post because seller ship with private company.

1. All mail coming to your country is deliver by India Post Office except the one by Big private company like maybe Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc...

2. If parcel are not lost or misplace you might receive the parcel. Normally those parcel can take up to 60 days to be deliver.
