Good day,

I am looking for my parcels they have been stuck in Shanghai since December 2018.I am waiting for my boxes to arrive in South Africa,when can I expect them to arrive?

Please could you contact me on [email protected] if there are any problems, I only packed my clothes inside.

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow parcel. Normally it will arrive Italy in 8 to 12 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.
