Hello,
I'am waiting for 2 packets from China Post to Madagascar. The tracking Numbers are RS506108517CN and RS506287169CN
Since, 2016-12-11 and 2016-12-13, I coudn't find no more update on the tracking information.
Usually, a final information is displayed after 2-4 weeks that the parcel arrived in the country of destination, but in my case nothing happened
Can you tell me if they have left China?
Should I wait or contact the seller?

1. On both parcel in the tracking it's indicating this:
Beijing airport and left

2. Now you parcels are on Route/In transit to your country. Your parcel might be doing this:

Multi-hop routing:
Routing is a whole separate matter, but suffice it to say that “lowest cost” tends to win out over “fastest speed”. Mail shipments may transit many countries en route to their destination.

3. If you know that it's taking 4 weeks before you can see some information, then you should wait 4 weeks.

4. I can confirm to you that Paositra Malagasy has not scan your parcel yet.

2. There are delays for parcels incoming to JFK, there is to much parcels and JFK can handle so much. If by 19 Jan you don't see any new tracking on the USPS site then just open a dispute.

3. You could in the meantime advise your seller that you have not receive your parcel. He might be able to call China Post EMS: 11183, to find out more information about your parcel.

USPS informed me that they think the package is still in china. Does this seem at all possible to you? It would mean that for some reason it never was placed on the plane. Is that possible?

1. Do you know where USPS got the info. From their computer/USPS tracking which is saying this:

2016-12-15 13:48
CHINA, SHENZHEN EMS, Processed Through Facility, Your item has been processed through a facility in SHENZHEN EMS, CHINA at 1:48 pm on December 15, 2016.

2. The fellow on the phone said: Ah no tracking so the parcel is still in China. Every Post Office in the World on the phone or a counter will say that to any client. Because their is no tracking indicating the parcel is in USA or any other country.

3. I'm not defending anybody here, it could be a good statement, the same if I tell you that your parcel has surely arrive in JFK because it's been so long.

4. Nobody knows where the parcel is because first, there is no flight attach to the parcel and second, there is no scan done to the parcel after it's On route / In transit to any country.

5. Also delays can have happen in China because of the Smog, so mail bag had to be reschedule.

i think when a package leaves china there should be a record of what flight the package was placed on by EMS. is this correct? if china ems states package is in new york then china ems should be able to provide the flight information for the plane that they say delivered the package, correct? i mean china ems should have some sort of proof to back up the statements, but, does china ems provide the info? by the way, thank you for the nice information and explanations.

Can somebody help my parcel has been in transit for five weeks from China to U.K. Tracking information seems to be valid?

I ordered a An item Saturday the seller shipped Monday I try to track and it says no shipping record Can someone help

1. Without the tracking number it's very difficult to help you.

2. Have you contacted your seller, what is he saying about your parcel. Has he call China Post EMS hot line to find more information about your parcel.
