I ordered via Amazon and have not had an update since the 17th Oct. The tracking number is LY844377150CN. Can anyone assist?

LY844377150CN should be seriously delayed in Guangzhou. Normally it should arrive USA in 10 to 20 days.

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by Nov 5, you should open dispute for lost parcel refund.
