Post parcels being returned to the uk

Please help me find out where parcels we have shipped have gone. We have sent many parcels that we believe to have been held at customs and now are being returned back to the uk. We also have some with tracking number which we cannot trace now they have arrived in China. Please can anyone help find these parcels??

I have looked on the tracking forum and it says they have arrived at customs but no further info. Please help??

if it shows that the parcel arrived import customs, it should be delivered in one or two weeks.
