http://track-chinapost.com/track_parcelforce.php?code=B07QWRS1Z9 shows the parcel arrived Brussel on Nov 30. Normally it must be delivered by your local post office within 10 days.

Please contact Belgium Post to see if they can find the parcel. If Belgium Post can not locate this item, please open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
