Hi my tracking number is RI788912560CN and the destination country is to the USA. China post has not updated any information since the 19th and I am not sure where my parcel is and when I should be receiving it. When I first ordered it said delivery date was at the 19th but thats not the case upto now. My item is Xbox one, should I wait or open up a dispute to get my money back?

i am not sure if your xbox has battery inside, if yes, it might be rejected. If not, you can wait another 2 weeks before opening dispute.
