Hong Kong Post shows RO146097808RU was delivered on Dec 30. If receiver does not get the parcel, You can ask receiver contact Hong Kong Post for delivery detail.

I sent the return to China by aliexpress. For other trackers, it is not listed as delivered to which the seller refers. Is the information from the site you provided valid?

RO146097808RU destination is HongKong , not Mainland China. Is your seller in China mainland or in Hong Kong?

Hong Kong .But other tracking services such as http://www.pochta.ru/en/tracking#RO146097808RU they say that it has not yet been delivered to which the seller refers. So I would like to know reliable information at http://www.hongkongpost.hk/ and whether I can refer to it in a dispute.

You can use this result to claim refund from aliexpress, no need care about seller's words.
