Post Parcel stuck at Shenzhen Customs

Hi can anyone help me iv sent a parcel back to China from the UK and its been stuck at Shenzhen customs since 06th July. There's no reason for it to be stuck it's only mascaras.
My tracking number is EE573771216GB
Would anyone be able to give me a number for Shenzhen customs or let me know what's going on thanks.

http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php shows the parcel was returned to customs. your parcel should have some customs clearance issue and was rejected. Normally this means it will be returned or even destroyed.
