Hi, can you please help and take a look for my parcel Cp 126201501my. it has been stuck in guang zhou 互换区 since 13/11/2016. Is there any problem that cause the delay of my parcel?

it could be address deliver problem. Many china post office can not understand English address in the parcel. You need contact receiver and ask him/her to call china post hot line 11185 and pickup the parcel
