Post Parcel still not delivered

I have posted a parcel from pakistan to a chinese university in nanjing city. The parcel arrived at the nanjing city at 21 march 2016 and still when i search the parcel on track chine post website its status remains the same as given below
2016-03-14 09:17:11.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs scan
2016-03-14 16:30:39.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-03-21 09:16:29.0 Nanjing Transit Station import customs scan
2016-03-21 15:44:42.0 Nanjing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
Please tell me whether my parcel is delivered to the receiver or not
The parcel number is RA000161457PK

As the recipient of the parcel (Chinese university in Nanjing city) contacted the China Post: 86 20 11185 to find out were is the parcel?
