HELLO

I CONTACTED YOU LAST WEEK AND YOU TOLD ME ""my parcel is fine"" on route.

but i have not the tracking since october22th.
for me its not normaly because i often receive quickly my parcels with epacket and nutherlans post(received in 2 weeks).but this parcel with china post takes more time.

1***can you confirme me if the parcel had problem or china post takes more time for delivred?

2*****i am worry because the tracking did not change since october22.if you have evolution for my tracking i will not woorrie.

Re RM733893795CN according to tracking this left Beijing Oct 29th for Ireland but no further updates on China post or an post can anyone help??

I think I have more or less the same Problem.

Parcels that have left Shangai Pudong between October 14 and October 28 didn't arrive in Switzerland (4 parcels: RF374388152CN, RF373826339CN, RH346070995CN, RF369412199CN ). They all are in Transit...
I have a parcel that has left also Shangai Pudong on November 9 and it is already at the customs Point in Switzerland...

Does the size of the parcel matter or does China Post have a Problem with Container (going to Europe) during this period?

Can you help me too?

1. Parcel to France can take from 7 to 44 days to arrive. Your parcel has been on the road for 26 days. And like I said before it's fine.

2. La Poste is not very famous to scanning quickly parcel incoming from overseas.

3. If you worry to much, contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and ask him to contact China Post to find out more info about your parcel.

4. Also E Packet and register mail is completely 2 different things. Also remember that Post NL has their own transport system in China. China Post is using regular flight out of China to transport the mail.

THE SELLER DONT REPLY FOR MY MESSAGES.I ALREADY CONTACT HIM LAST WEEK AND YOU DID NOT REPLY.
PERHAPS HE IS ON HOLIDAYS.
HIS ALIBABA stor exist BUT HIM DEPARTEMENT
It does not exist in its department.

He always answered me at the start but now he does not answer me.
He already told me you will receive them at home in 5-7 days as of 30/10 but already more than 15 days since 30/10.
he told me i promised.

It is a very large company. That is why I did not want to contact another department to avoid confusion.

in this case i must wait the parcel ??? and i will receive or i must contact another departement?

2. You should contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. Ask him to contact China Post about all your parcels to find out more info about them.

3. Your parcels should have taken 8 to 12 days to arrive in your country and according to the tracking they have not. Unless the Swiss Post did not have time to scan the parcels as of today or the parcel has just not arrive yet in the country.

1. If it would be me, I would wait till the 30 Nov to see if La Poste will eventually scan my parcel.

2. But it's your parcel and money so you make your decision to contact another department if you want.

Thanks for reply I understand it took a while to clear customs but how long should it take to ireland after that?
