Last message:
16/11/2016 10:34:58 Exchange Bureau, have been exported to open

Is a stainless steel baking tool.
Is it having a problem?
Last time I have something similar, a previous message in this forum (2015) told me 20 days in customs is too much. So I'm asking now to have time to claim the seller if needed, unless there's a way I can do it myself.

it should have left china, no need worry. parcel status will not change when it is outside china(none update the status anymore). you should get it by Dec 15.

2. Your parcel is not passing the China Post Export Security Scan. You should read this:

What does the status “Export Security Scan” mean? How long it will take?

3. Best thing to do is contact seller and give him the above tracking and say to him that the parcel is not passing the Export Security Scan. Ask him to call China Post to find out about your parcel.

Hi, allow me to share my 2nd opinion on your shipment.

(1) From my current experiences, China Post and customs in China are now much behind the curve. You may check my shipments with the tracking numbers RK552123689CN, RF424749987CN, and RF425047720CN among others. As you may observe, all these shipments are moving slower than a snail.

(2) If you open up a dispute with AliExpress, then, the best answer that you will get is "Please wait and be patient. It is an international shipment. The package is in transit".

(3) Since all these sellers are honest - they did ship out the orders, then, the best that I could do is to wait. However, please be aware of the buyer protection period. If the buyer protection period is about to lapse (say 5 days before), then, open a dispute with AliExpress and choose the option "Buyer Protection is Ending but the Package is Still in Transit".

(4) I would also like to advise you to continue track your package. If you see "Import customs scan", then, immediately open a dispute since the package will be return to the seller. If it is still "Export customs scan", then, chances is still there that your package is good but you have to wait abnormally longer to get your orders.

Excellent explanation... I've 2 parcel from a ebay sellers, in the same status!!! I took note!!

ordinary parcel normally will travel about 30 to 40 days to reach destination.
