Hello! Sorry to ask this, but I've tried tracking my parcel and have seen its status freeze for almost 5 days now, and I was wondering if its normal? I've seen other parcel shipments take way shorter time to get through to the next step in shipment, but I don't seem to see progress for my parcel.

2. Your parcel is fine, it's On Route to Singapore. When it arrive in Singapore you should be able to track it.
