Are you sure it is outside China? I have two other parcels that was sent and that say that they have been sent outside of China. However, RI759999714CN doesn't say that it has left China.

I still think that it is stuck at customs. Is that correct?

based on my previous experience, the parcel should have left china. sometimes the status will still show "export customs xxx" even the parcel has left china. no need worry.

Hi i need help please i bought a christmas gift from wish on nov 3 it says exported to open on december 3 it doesnt even says it left china and hasnt had an update im worried this was a christmas gift and today is december 20
