Post Parcel status check please

Could you please tell me where my parcel is, it must have left China by now....however I haves called Australia Post and they told me it is not in Australia yet. The tracking number is: CP268105923CN. Thank you for your help with this

2. In the tracking you will find Import which mean importing back to China. So your parcel never departed for your country Australia.

3. By now possibly the parcel is back to the seller.

What do you mean? Are you saying that the parcel will not be sent to me in Australia? Why? Why would it be sent back to seller? I was in China went I sent it via China post to my address in Australia....please explain what is happening??

Also it shows custom cleared- so why send back? I paid for international SAL to Australia.

1. If you are the one that mail the parcel to yourself from China to Australia, then the parcel is going back to where the return address is. If you put down the same address then the one in Australia then the parcel is going back to the China Post Office that it was mail from.

2. If you have friend in China, they could go and find out what was wrong with your parcel.

3. Did the parcel contain any of these:

China Post Forbidden Item List

4. Was the declaration fill correctly CN22!!!!

5. If you speak Mandarin you can acll China Post Hot Line: 86 20 11185, If not then a friend in China can call the local number: 11185.

Thanks for reply....the parcel didn't contain anything forbidden - just ornaments....if I can get someone to call and find out whats wrong, is it possible to get an item removed from parcel (if needed) or update details (if needed) and simply ask China post to re-send / re-submit? (And would another fee incur / or full cost need to be paid again?) Thanks P.S. Could you please tell me over what dates (if any) China Post Beijing etc will be closed (for Spring Festival) - and will my parcels being held in China Post be at risk of being discarded due to the holiday time they will be in there for)

Normally if the parcel is returned from customs. China Post will automatically start a procedure to route the parcel back to original shipper if there is shipper's address in the parcel, otherwise the parcel will stop at the original post office where you shipped the parcel from.

So if you have any friend in Beijing, ask him/her to go to that post office and see if the returning parcel is there.

yes....I get that part, I am just wondering if the returned parcel can be sorted / fixed at the China Post Office it is returned to and resubmitted (resent) - if so is does the shipping cost need to be paid a again (or just a separate fee) - if so do you know rough costing? Thanks

unfortunately china post will not reship the parcel automatically. you should ask someone to do it for you. if none pickup the parcel in free storage time, the parcel will be discarded.
