Good day,
I have order under number RP588076433CN, and i have check this order on your website and find this report:

2019/5/27 15:44 Received by Post Office
2019/5/30 13:29 Departure export customs BEIJING
2019/6/20 15:30 Arrival Import customs BEYROUTH BSC
2019/6/20 15:31 Item presented to import Customs BEYROUTH BSC
2019/6/27 0:14 Item returned from Customs (import) BEYROUTH BSC
2019/6/27 0:32 Departure Import customs BEYROUTH BSC
2019/6/27 8:23 Arrival at delivery office LB4581
2019/6/28 13:47 Unsuccessful delivery LB4581 Incorrect Address/Attempted delivery today

I have add my correct address, and you have my phone number, till now i didn't receive the cargo and no one call me about it to deliver. Why i find incorrect address ?????
Please can you send me your agent in Lebanon to contact him.

RP588076433CN is in local Lebanon post office. I believe your seller printed wrong address and make it not deliverable. You need contact Lebanon Post to pickup the parcel.

you need google the phone number of Lebanon Post office in your area.
