Good Day

Please advise on parcel RW104595722CN. As per the tracker, the outbound flight departed on 25 Jul 2018. It's been 53 days and no status change. Generally by this time the parcel would have at least arrived in South Africa, and that's generally when the long wait occurs.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RW104595722CN shows the parcel was sent to airline company on Jul 25.

After sent to airline, normally it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 12 weeks.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
