Hello,
I have opened a dispute for this order, but the seller don't agree with that. He said that it is on his way, but since 30 december the status of my parcel is: The item (RC909570715HK) left Hong Kong for its destination on 30-Dec-2014. Can someone please help me en say what I have to do.

shipping from hk to your country take about 4 weeks, you need some patient.
