Hi,
I ordered some earrings on AliExpress since January 19, 2019. I am yet ti receive the items. The seller shipped with China post ordinary small packet plus. My buyer protection has ended but the sellers have extended the protection. These are the tracking numbers UN851865436CN and UN850254614CN. No further tracking information since 25th January at Shanghai International. Can you please help me?

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
