Post Parcel not delivered in China

I have a parcel that is cleared from customs for domestic transit but after 10 days it hasn't been delivered. Is there some way to determine where it is?

2016-12-09 15:50:30.0 Guangzhou Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

1. Either you call China Post Hot Line 11185 or you go to a China Post Office and ask where is the parcel exactly.
