its been more than 1 month since my mobile phone was shipped using china post unregistered mail....the item isnt in mauritius.....why is it delaying soo much.today i received a parcel that was supposingly lost since november 2016 and received a refund of $1200 for the item............it was registered and tracking now shows delivered..should i tell seller?

1)you'd better give tracking number in order to get help.

2)mobile phone is not allowed by china post because it has battery inside. your delivered status might be returning delivery to shipper. in this case, you should open dispute to seller and claim refund.
