DEAR SIRS,
WOULD LIKE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THIS ORDER MADE.
I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT FOR SEVERAL WAYS CHINA POST AND DELIVERY COMPANY (SECRETPLUG) BUT STILL NO SUCCESS.
I´M TRYING TO GET AN ANSWER FOR MONTHS.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX107074270CN shows the parcel arrived Portugal in Sep but failed delivery(shipper printed wrong address). The parcel was returned to receiver on Sep 29.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.

THE PROCESS UNTIL NOW I KNOW, WHAT I DON´T KNOW IS WHERE IT IS NOW.
I´VE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT SENDER - SECRETPLUG MISTERY BOX - BUT THEY DO NOT ANSWER TO E-MAILS AND I CANNOT FIND A TELEPHONE NUMBER.
WOULD YOU BE KIND TO GIVE THE CONTACTS YOU MIGHT HAVE?
ANOTHER QUESTION, CAN YOU TELL ME WHERE IS RIGHT NOW THE PACKAGE CONTAINS MY ORDER BECAUSE IT SAYS IT IS RETAINED IN CHINA DUE TO SECURITY ISSUES.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX107074270CN shows the parcel was returned to shipper on Sep 29. You won't get this item in future. You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund. You no need contact your seller anymore.

you need call your credit card company to claim refund.
