Last March 1st I sent from Italy with Poste Italiane a package that could not be traced on March 4th 2019. The package appears to have been lost by the Chinese operator. Poste Italiane wrote to me as follow:
"Dear Customer,
with reference to your complaint of 04/18/2019, relating to the International Registered Post RC037677510IT product, we wish to provide you with the necessary clarifications.
Following our checks, we inform you that searches made with the foreign postal operator show that the shipment is lost".
Please can you help me directly. I'm sure that you can find my lost parcel.
Poste Italiane says it has contacted China Post, but I do not trust Poste Italiane.
Please help me!
Tell me if I can send you all the evidence in my possession in order to facilitate the search ( picture and documents ).
If this address is wrong, can you provide a valid address?
