Can you please hep me track my parcel and how can I expidite delivery?

India has a big problem with customs holding parcels. You have to inquire with your local office.

Thanks mikep47.
I am not sure if your suggestion can work for me as the tracker provided by Chinapostvolunteer shows the parcel never left china. I may have to file a dispute with Paypal.
