Could you at lest tell me when the package will leave China. Do you have a delivery date? Why it's so slow in the description the seller put 16-26 days!!!!!
The seller took a ePacket for 26days maximum.

The parcel already left China, on or about Dec 13. Most likely right now it is waiting in Vancouver for Canada Post to present it to Customs, or for CBSA to inspect it.

Sellers tend to not have very realistic ideas of how long mail items take to arrive, especially around the holidays. Unfortunately the biggest delays in Canada tend to be with Canada Post and CBSA in Vancouver. There's been a fair deal of media coverage over the past year or so:

I called Canada post and they said that the parcel is still in China and you said that parcel is here in Canada and you colleague said yesterday that it's waiting airplane space. I don't believe you both!
They didn't receive it yet.

Canada Post's own tracking tool even says the parcel already left China.

2017/12/13	03:43	CNSZXD, China	International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada

The reality is, nobody can actually say what the parcel's exact location is, only offer our best opinion as to where it is.

At this point, China Post has handed the parcel off to the airline for delivery to Canada. Canada Post has not scanned the parcel yet. So, the parcel could be

  • waiting in an airline warehouse for flight space
  • in flight in an airplane right now
  • waiting to be unloaded in Canada
  • waiting for Customs presentation in Canada
  • waiting for Customs inspection in Canada, or
  • waiting for Canada Post to scan it, in Canada.

I've offered my best assessement as to where it might be. If you have an interpretation that you'd prefer, by all means believe that instead.

What does “sent to airline” mean? How long will it arrive after “sent to airline”?

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

I understand.
I even called CBSA, they said since the parcel not scanned that means not received.
Where's it?
