My parcel RN624668507CN has last been scanned 24 November 2015. That's more than 8 weeks ago. Where is my parcel? The seller is not replying to me, she just keeps extending my buyers protection. Items were bought 9 November 2015. Please can you assist?

It can take also 3 months to reach destination, after that you are free to open a dispute for a lost package.
