Hello,

Shipment number RR419065358CN hasn't moved for a while.

It has been in fuzhou airport for a while, and I was wondering if the shipment has left or is still there.

4. Now what I suspect happen to your parcel, I might be wrong all together.
Your parcel has been on the road for 75 days. We know that the parcel departed China around the 12 Jul. We also have a tracking of Canada Post on the 10 Aug at 9:26 AM. I suspect either Canada Post deliver the parcel and they should have a signature for it or Canada Post lost the parcel. Another theory would be the arrival date of the parcel in Canada (10 Aug) and it has not got through the Canadian Customs yet. So the parcel is sitting in a bin awaiting to be check by Customs Officer.

5. May I suggest you call Canada Post or even go to your local Canada Post and try to talk to the supervisor and tell him about your problem about your parcel from China possibly arriving in Canada and you have not receive it.

6. I would not be surprise that Canada Post are going to say, they can not do anything and to contact China Post. If they do that, then you need to contact the seller so he can contact China Post and ask an investigation about your parcel from China to Canada.
