So i sent two parcels from UK to China,Ningbo on 9th December 2016. One of them which had a parcel tracking number and arrived safely at the destined address. However, the other parcel didnt have a tracking number as I thought they would get there at the same time and so, since then has not arrived yet. They both have the same address they are supposed to be sent to. However the other one I am really worried about being lost. What should I do??? Do i need to wait a couple more days?? Please help. Thanks!

Without tracking number, none can know the parcel situation, you can do nothing but waiting. As you have received one parcel, this one should be ok. No-tracking-number parcel normally is slower than those with tracking number.

Thanks for the reply! How long should I wait until I can take any action??
And also, is it normal that I've been waiting this long? Both parcel has been dispatched on the 9th December from the UK

if your ebay/aliexpress/amazon buyer protection is expiring, you should contact seller to extend protection or open dispute for refund, otherwise keep waiting.

Sorry i'm not a buyer/seller.. i sent the two parcels for my boyfriend who currently lives in china,ningbo as a present however, one has arrived but the other parcel hasnt arrived yet. What can i do? its been dispatched since 9th of dec
