Hello,
I have tracked a parcel from Germany. Your website says it has been delivered on April 7th. But where? I didn't receive any parcel! I asked the guards of my compound: they also don't have any parcel for me? So where is it?

your parcel was signed by zhang lin. delivery office is china post huangpu lu office.

you can go to abve office to get delivwry and signature detail.

You can not see where this Zhang lin lives? So I can go directly to the person?

you can go to china post office in 黄浦区南车站路邮政所, they should know delivery detail.
