Hey there,
my parcel CY283226756DE is in the sorting centre since more then 4 weeks. Are there any issues?

2/27/2024 10:38 AM Arrival at inward office of exchange BEIJING
2/27/2024 10:39 AM Item presented to import Customs BEIJING
3/1/2024 8:13 AM Item into sorting centre 31000001

Please help

CY283226756DE is Hangzhou customs waiting for customs clearance.
Please ask receiver call customs phone number 0571-86896573/86896576 and make customs clearance immediately. Otherwise the goods will be returned to Germany in 60 days.
