Hi. My brother ordered an item from ebay in october and it was assigned with tracking number 89806977167. After three months there have been no update after leaving shipping center. Has there been some delay or is it lost?

89806977167 is an Ordinary Airmail Parcel, a slow & cheap service used for low-value goods. It doesn't have any tracking outside of China.

These can take 30-90 days to arrive depending on the destination country. By now, I would say that it is probably lost. :(
