My packet tracking no. - RB821701266CN

I have booked my packet through AliExpress one month back but till date i have not received it. Below is the information of my packet and still it is lying with china post.

My parcel number i9s RC074537834CN from DHGate.com. It is showing as sent to airline from 20/12/2013, still not arrived here in India. Please tell me the status.
