Post packages over a month without update

All three tracking numbers show the packages stuck in Guangzhou for over a month. I have received other packages ordered after them already. Are they lost or have they atleast left China? Thank you for your help.

Guangzhou airport has some serious delay these days. i suggest you wait one or two more weeks. If your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask seller to extend protection or open dispute for refund.

I'm in similar situation right now. My package never even updated at all, and shipped on March 11. No information shows up when I try to track it. It hasn't been scanned literally anywhere.
