I have a recieved an email that my package had shipped on 10/1/18. (LY783464175CN) however I’ve tried tracking it and it says nothing is available. Also I have an order that I placed on 10/1/18 and it’s been 10 days and have not see a shipped email (order #2045). Just wanted to get an update. Thank you!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY783464175CN has no record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
