September 27, 2017, 6:21 pm Processed Through Facility HANGZHOU EMS, CHINA
September 26, 2017, 6:32 pm Acceptance CHINA

I actually paid the company I ordered from $3.00 extra to express mail 3-5 day. Where is my package?

Admin won't be able to help you without tracking no.
My bet is, that your parcel is still in China somewhere waiting for a plane to the country of destination. And it may take time since they have some massive, one week long bank holiday, and nobody turns up at work to push the dispatch forward.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows LW900038990CN was just shipped on Sep 30. Now is holiday time, you might need wait about 4 weeks to get the goods.
