right now I suggest you just wait. You can not do anything to speed up the parcel.

If your buyer protection is expiring, please open dispute to seller for refund.

The parcel has arrvied at USPS Regional Facility CHICAGO IL INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER on Dec.13, you can track it on http://www.usps.com after it arrived in USA.

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php?code=LY542096224CN shows your shows your parcel arrived Chicago on Dec 14. It is a little bit delayed in USPS system. You have good chance to get the parcel before Xmas. Please contact USPS for more delivery detail.
