Post Package stuck at "Origin post preparing shipment"

My tracking number: LK299340864CN

It has been like that since the 17th, I ordered the item on the 14th. I'm starting to get worried here, my item is a Japanese Takara Tomy Sylveon Plush, is there something about that item that would cause it to be stuck?

I contacted the seller but they tell me to just keep waiting, even though people who have ordered way after me have already received their items, since I check their feedback.

I'm really not sure what to do at this point. I hope someone can offer me some help/advice, thank you.~

it should be delayed by rush season. wait one more week,if not arrive, you have to open dispute in ebay.
