Hello
I have a issue with a purchase I bought from ioffer.

The seller has sent my shoes but has not arrived at my house nor arrived in the UK yet. Could anyone look into this please cause, I have used EPACKET several times and it’s way quicker then this delivery and I am very scared cause he item I purchased was £60.

I have exactly the same... LX922696327CN and i dont know what means last status there...

Shows the exact same, don’t get why it shows returned to customs at the same time it left China. Looks like Guangzhou EMS aren’t doing there job. Someone help us.

And my second parcel is also the same but many times same updates, i even dont know is it left for now or not...

LX922814117CN is still on the way to UK, now is rush season. moving and status update is slow. you need wait 2 to 4 weeks to get the parcel in UK, no need worry about parcel lost.
