Post Package still in China after 2 months from order date

Hello,

I ordered a t-shirt on eBay and it says that the package is not even in transit. The delivery date said between Wednesday, Apr 10, 2019 to Tuesday, May 14, 2019. It is now 15 days after the final delivery date. Tracking number: UI197755659CN

I ordered it 3 months ago.

Please let me how I can contact someone to see where the package actually is or make sure it leaves China soon since it is way over the delivery date and it is not even in transit.

also, i just tracked using international tracking page and i got this result :

javax.faces.application.ViewExpiredException

what does that mean?

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/ebay for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
