Hello,

I placed an order on February 3, 2019, but they were out of stock and shipped the item on March 5. I received this shipping code:

LT389248633CN

Can I please have an update on the status of my order?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT389248633CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post shenzhen office to US on Mar 10.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Chicago,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
