Hi,

I recently posted a question why my parcel RI759999714CN hasn't moved in over 2 weeks. I was told that it had left China already and should get it in 2-5 weeks.

However, I have ordered something else from another supplier (RF139693504CN) and when I track that it says it has left China.

Can you confirm if RI759999714CN has actually left China and is on its way, as it really doesn't seem so.

based on my previous experience, the parcel should have left china. sometimes the status will still show "export customs xxx" even the parcel has left china. no need worry.

How do I know when it left China? The reason is that it is a Christmas present and need it before the 25th December

i don't think you have much chance to get the parcel before Xmas. average shipping time from china to south africa is 55 days.

nothing is wrong. your parcel is on the way.

now is rush season, you need wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get the parcel.
