Hi,

I bought an item on eBay on July 18, 2018 and the item was shipped by SunYou from Shenzhen (China) to Helsinki (Finland) (its TRACKING NUMBER is SYBAB61775204), but until now Oct 23, 2018 I still have not received the item. Here is the tracking info I obtained:

July 28 08:53 In transit - Departed waypoint GMTC
July 27 11:48 In transit - Arrived at the waypoint GMTC
July 25 10:18 In transit - Departed waypoint HONG KONG
July 24 18:14 In transit - Departed waypoint CHINA, SHENZHEN
July 23 17:58 Package accepted CHINA, SHENZHEN
July 19 02:40 Electronic shipment information received FINLAND

The item has been obviously in transit for too long, around 3 months already. I contacted the seller on eBay but received no reply from them, which means I cannot get my money back. Also, no email address of SunYou is provided on their website for me to contact them directly. What should I do to get my item? Please advise. Thanks.

your parcel should be lost. you need open dispute to ebay for refund.
